- Medication adherence statistics and reports
- Stock management and refill alerts
- Dose logging and calendar views
2.2 Technology Services:
- Secure cloud storage via Supabase
- Push notification services
- Data synchronization across devices
- Offline functionality
3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1 Age Requirements:
- You must be at least 13 years old to use TakeCare
- Users aged 13-18 must have parental or guardian consent
- By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements
3.2 Account Registration:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person per account (no sharing of accounts)
4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Use the App to distribute malware or viruses
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Collect or harvest user data without permission

- In case of emergency, call your local emergency number immediately
5.1 No Doctor-Patient Relationship:
Use of TakeCare does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Any information provided through the App should not be considered medical advice.
5.2 Medication Information:
Medicine information in our database is for reference only. Always verify medication details with your healthcare provider or pharmacist.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Rights:
TakeCare and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Rights:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.3 User Content:
You retain ownership of your health data. By using TakeCare, you grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

- Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD
9. Termination

You may stop using TakeCare at any time and delete your account through the app settings.
